Bottle @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Clear, bery dark red, oily. Perfumy honey aroma. Sweet, slightly rough spicy honey and solid red berry flavour, blackcurrant and cherry. Long, slightly perfumy, floral finish.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a deep dark mahogany, no head. Aroma is full of dark currants, some pithiness, and deep treacly honey. Flavour is big, with lots of deep currants, treacly honey, and some light acidity. Complex and deep. Excellent.
