This was solid. Iam not sure what a French pilsner is but this was dry and crisp. Light to moderate hops . Satisfying session pils.

Draught Only a micro rim over clear metallic golden beer. Beautiful fresh malts' nose, as in the maltstorage of a a brewery. Some fine peppery spiciness. The same in the mouth, as entering a brewery in process and drink the air - great! However, bit sweet aftertaste, lots of restsugars coming up. Light, gristslickness. A Pilsener fomr the best pedigree - surprising enough, as I'm usually not fond or Strisselspalt.
