On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours dark brown. Bourbon, roasted malts, lots of barrel on the nose. Flavour has tons of great bourbon barrel character, good roasty base. Fantastic.

Smooth dark sweet roasted malty with rich layers of chocolate, some dark caramel and fudge like sweetness, full bodied and a dense mouthfeel, interlaced with a lovely balance of bourbon and brandy into the dark sweet malty warming lingering close. Lovely.

Pours black, no real head. Scent is boozy, barrel, intense chocolate. Taste is full, sweet, intense, boozy , oak. Whisky, very BA forward. Too sweet on the finish. I prefer more complexity myself.
