We are very happy and proud to be part this year of the Billies’ festival in Belgium. For the occasion, we wanted to brew one of our favorite styles: an American IPA of 7 % ABV.
It displays an intense amber color with a clear appearance, accompanied by a persistent and creamy white foam. Tropical fruit flavors (pineapple, mango, passion fruit) dominate, complemented by subtle resinous and spicy notes from Zappa hops. The body is medium, with a slight malty sweetness that balances the hop bitterness. The finish is dry, slightly resinous and bitter, with a lingering aftertaste of tropical fruits and a hint of herbs.
Ideal for lovers of tropical fruits and resinous IPAs!
Malts: Barley malt
Hops: Zeus, Azacca and Elani
Dry hopping: Zeus, Azacca and Elani.

Kveldsreiting på balconasen etter flott heldagsutflukt til Granada: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer lenge. Papaya/mango, overmoden ananas, krydder og bitterappelsiner i en god maltkropp. Solid bitterhet og ganske tørr avslutning. 0,44 boksen var fra La Rincon del Cervecera.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2024, Saturday. A clear golden beer. Aroma and Taste of tropical fruits, mango, citrus, moderate to long bitter finish.

Draught Resistant small white head over faintly veiled orangey-golden beer. Lots of exotic fruit, Thai veggie/fruit market, some other grains, maybe. Quite bitter. Again other grains, even bitterish primitive grains. Vegetable touch, more bitter than the nose suggested. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Very dry IPA.
