So cool to brew a beer with the amazing Masahiro from Uchu Brewing. This is a special IPA that is packed with superstars Citra and Mosaic, both hot and cold. The twist comes with a touch of Yuzu juice in the fermenter! We didn't hold back. Expect huge citrus and tropical flavours with a slightly tart lemon note from the yuzu. This is something special. This is loaded.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma has citrus, fruits and yuzu. Medium-bodied. Flavour is zesty with grapefruit and yuzu. Pale malts, smooth citrusy finish. Nice citrus IPA.

On tap at The Craft Beer Cabin, Bromley. Cloudy gold pour with a white head. Orange zest, grapefruit, lychee & honeydew melon aromas. Zesty fruity bittersweet flavours, nicely balanced. Good stuff.

440ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Tropical and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, wheaty and oaty malty background, notes of passion fruit, some lemon, a touch of yuzu, blueberry, minimally leafy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, oaty and wheaty malty, tropical and citrusy fruity hoppy, slightly tart-ish citrusy fruity as well, notes of mango, orange, passion fruit, yuzu, some lime and lemon. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly astringent palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very citrusy, intense - great collab from three great brewers.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of citrus, yuzu, mandarin, melon, lychee. Taste is the same, very juicy and predominantly citrusy with a lovely yuzu hit, mandarin, grapefruit, melon, lychee, citrusy and bitter finish. Medium bodied. Lovely stuff.

Can thanks to my bro. It pours cloudy creamy yellow with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, green, weedy, dank, damp herbs, bright tropical vibes, yuzu, guava and watermelon. The taste is initially dry, quite green, herbal, spicy, weedy, dank, bitter - sweet, ripe tropical fruits, pineapple, pithy, zesty, yuzu, candied lemon, waxy peel, hearty bready malts with a nip of alcohol and drying, green finish. Medium+ body and fine to moderate carbonation. Flavourful and strikes a nice balance. A tasty one.
