Pours clear, medium dark blonde. Scent is full, typical OB lambic. Medium BA profile. taste is dry, funky, typical OB, well pronounced barrel. Very woody . oaky. Medium cognac intensity. Loads of tannins, a bit harsh.

Tap at Billies. Clear golden. Dry oak, apple, funk, soft brandy and vanilla, light herbal. Light sweet, sour and bitter. Flat. Interesting.
