Bottle. Gusher. Clear gold, white head. Aroma of old citrus, hay, grapes, boot polish. Light bodied, spritzy. Mild funk, not completely dry, gentle fruit, acidity and bitterness. Drying with grape skins at the end. Refreshing, elegant, quaffable.

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light ground cherry, light lactic notes, light pepper, very nice and smooth. On tap at Chambly 2022.
