An intricate grain bill with a blend of Crystal, Caramel and Roasted malts; layered up with generous helpings of Honeycomb and cold-conditioned on Cacao Nibs.
The result is a confection with indulgent texture, elegant raw chocolate character and a hit of sweet cinder toffee. It’s the way it shatters that really matters.

Can.Black with a good cm of tan head. Aroma is obviously sweet with milk chocolate, caramel. Some roast lurks. Taste is indeed very sweet with more caramel and roast, less chocolate. Smooth but can't taste the lactose. Clean with decent bitterness at the end. After a while the finish grips a bit more and pushes the caramel a bit further into the background (which is good). Not totally my thing but well done.
