Our winter seasonal is a dark, malty, lightly hopped lager beer with the addition of Rye. Originally brewed in the 14th century by German brewers we thought to add additional delicate flavors to create a one of kind beer you can only enjoy in Mexico. This beer pairs remarkably well with rich pork dishes and can help to compliment any strong cheese or dark chocolate.
