500ml bottle. Ruby red glowing, dark brown colour ith small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Malty aroma with a nuttily touch, a strange bitter, somehow alcoholic almond note. Taste is nuttily malty, slightly bitter hoppy overtones, a cautious touch of Marmite, subtle malt sweetness.

Flaske 0,5l. Gave fra Rune. Mørkebrun. Høyt luftig skum som varer en stund. Tett lacing. Svak maltaroma. Smaken litt syrlig frukt på et underlag av malt. Maltkomponenten holder seg lenge.

500ml bottle from Vinmonopolet, Bestillingsutvalget. Deep mahogany coloured body with an initially huge beige head that stayed for a while leaving fragile lacework behind. Malt-fruity aroma, mid-sweet and mid-dry. Nicely roasted malty taste of nuts and caramel. Dark fruits beneath. Bittersweet ending with a pleasant touch of resin. Fine bodied. A likable malty beer enjoyed on a Saturday eve at home in Tromsø 04.01.2014.
