21/9/2024. Bottle bought at GBBF. Pours clear bright amber bronze with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is malty, toffee, rye bread, floral, twiggy, juniper. Moderate sweetness, quite bitter. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Bitter boozy finish. Interesting.

3rd August 2022
GBBF Day 2. Bottle. Almost clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and fairly dry, good fine carbonation. Light malts, a decent caramel sweetness. Wormwood aniseed bitterness. Juniper bitterish florals. Light semi dry finish. An odd brew, different, but in an odd way. Something that makes you go 'uh?' instead of 'oooh'.
