Cask @ the Crescent Manchester. Golden color. Malty, biscuity aroma with a hint of smoke. Malty bready flavor with flowery hops, a hint of butter and some caramel.

Cask (handpump) @ Crescent, Manchester, England. @ [ RBESG 09 ]Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, smoke - ash, toffee notes, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, grass. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090718]

RBESG Sheffield 2009, day 3, The Crescent, Manchester. Cask. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of peas (well noticed Craig), dry grass and hops. Flavour is of green peas, cooked vegetables, grain, hoppy dry bitter finish. Less than medium bodied. Should have been called Peas are Perfect.
