We wanted to create a twin range of beers inspired by the concept of double albums, two separate beers with the same base but a slightly different twist, both available together to be enjoyed together. Both beers start with the same malt bill and Galaxy and Ekuanot in the kettle before the dry hopping parts their ways. Dawn to Dusk is double dry-hopped with Enigma hops to add some sweet berry and white wine notes on top of peach, papaya and citrus notes.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 9 June 2024) Cloudy golden colour with lasting, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel, grapefruit, grass, pineapple and passionfruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and juicy. Nice one.
