Draught at Ammutsøn, Wien. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, peach, floral and herbal. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, herbal, meadow grasses, lightly fruity, wild strawberry. Medium bodied. Average one.

0.3l tap. Slightly unclear golden with a creamy head. Cilantro, floral notes, coriander seeds, rose soap, stone fruit, grapefruit zest, pine. Hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty fruity hoppy finish. A floral hoppy IPL, quite good, nothing too exciting, lacks in hop bitterness.

From tap at AmmutsØn 25.11.23 after seeing La Bohéme at Vienna State Opera. Clear pale straw colour. Dense and persistent bright white head. Aroma and taste of lychee, mint, sorrel, chives and pale malt, with an overall impression of toothpaste.
