Very hazy, light golden coloured body with a fairly thick, four to five centimetre tall off-white and tan head that's microfoamed and fading slowly, all atop an eighty per cent opaque, pale, straw glowing body. Aroma of grass, mellow citrus, a good deal of honey and sweetness with some malt and resin both noticeable and a lot of melons noticeable in the nose with some bitterness and alcohol too. Full-bodied; Very rich, chewy malts and melon notes come through first with a ton of hop bitterness, pungent oranges and grapefruits with a lot of residual sugars noticeable at the end, with a strong metallic astringency and even stronger alcohol bite that's picked up at the very end. Aftertaste is super strong, with a lot of pungency across the board, but especially with the malts, rich fruitiness and of course with the resin, pungent hop bitterness and strongest of all - the sweetness and residual sugars and the alcohol - not hidden too well. Overall, a super strong Imperial IPA with at least a lot of sugars and fruit to mellow out the alcohol and bitterness/astringency. Good and pungent if that's what you're looking for, and this was still great to have ultra fresh and super local! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Wegman's in Tyson's Corner (Vienna), Virginia on 21-July-2021 for US$1,99 [mixed six pack], canned on 10-May-2021 with the tagline 'Drink & Destroy' sampled at my house here in Washington on 08-September-2021.

Burk testas med annan dipa. Denna åhhhh sjukt fint fruktig både i doft och smak. Passionsfrukt, och 🍋 . Mycket smak i förhållande till alkoholhalten. Perfekt kolsyrad👍. Jättefin Dipa. Varför inte högre betyg då? Jo lite vass beska i eftersmaken.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (Adroit TTO) - hazy golden yellow with a white head. Sweet citrus fruity with notes of tangerine and grapefruit, solid sweet malty backbone, medium body, spices warming hoppy finish. Good stuff.
