We have finally put our ultimate hop in its most Advanced State. That’s right, an all Mosaic TIPA. Using a mix of Mosaic pellets and Mosaic Cryo, this beer has the perfect blend of citrus and tropical hop flavor. Rounded out with a mild bitterness and lush, soft mouthfeel this beer perfectly hides its high ABV. This is the pinnacle of our line of single hopped Mosaic beers.

Canned, 473 ml, shared with Miro B and Max. Hazy yellow with large white head. Fruity, tropical, grapefruit, tad sweet with lasting bitter finish. Moderate carbonation. Medium bodied.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen, Cushwa TTO (11/03/2022) - hazed up golden yellow with a white head. Big bold punchy fruity with hits of tangerine, pineapple, mango, nice resinous hoppy edge, rindy bitterness, medium plus body, big hoppy finish. Lovely.

5oz pour is a translucent pulpy yellow. Rings of white head. Big nose, pineapple and citrus and booze, spruce and pine notes too. Flavor balanced melon and pineapple and pine and orange well. Full bodied, lightly bitter, lightly sweet. Good. 8 3 9 4 16
