Brand new Sour to one of our most popular families. This time with Calamansi, a Filipino citrus that gives the beer a higher acidity and a nice fruity juiciness. The Sour 12 series has been with us for quite a few years now, and we’re glad to have it as a partner for your hot days, still in its new coats.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- lots of citrus resins, sour, honey. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, intense calamansi. Light, a bit watery body.
Tasty.

Tap at SMÄD. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Aroma dominated by citrusy sweet&tart notes, calamansi I guess, but also with light lactic notes and vague malty touches. The taste is basically what I guess is calamansi juice, lovely citric notes, without much interference from anything. A very tasty sour!

From tap @ Za rohom by Bombovar in Bratislava. Head is medium, white, good retention. Colour is gold, hazy. Aroma is citrus, calamansi, orange. Taste is medium malty base, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, soft carbonation, light sour fruity, good one, enjoyed.

Vycap beerstation tap house. Vôňa ovocná taka citrusova kora. Farba zlatista tmavšia. Chuť citrusova kyslasta.
