Can at home, courtesy of the Horizont crew. Pours opaque goldenish yellow with quickly disappearing white head. Nose is tart and spicy notes of intense pear and a bit subdued ginger, but it's definitely there and backs up the aroma of the pear nicely. Taste is low tartness, pears mainly but the ginger comes through here as well, and this combo works surprisingly nicely. In the finish it even has a salty edge, but nothing too overwhelming so it rounds things off nicely. Closes with a short lasting fruity finish, has soft carbonation and light body. The fruit/spice combo is lovely here, and I'm not even a fan of ginger, but it could be a bit more apparent and strong, they fade too quickly, even for a light and refreshing sour like this one. Not bad at all tho.
