Bottle shared at home. Hazy golden pour, white head. Nose is sweet, citrus zest and elderflower. Taste is sweet, syrupy, showing elderflower, citrus zest and esters. Closes with a sweet finish, has a full body and soft carbo, drinks above the ABV. Waaaay too sweet and syrupy, retaining no refreshing traits. Meh.

Kicsi, azonnal elolvadó hab, akácméz szín. Bodzás, korianderes, kissé narancsos illat. Bodzás, korianderes, enyhén narancshéjas ízek, búzás, leheletnyit kenyeres alapon. Édes, közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, csak jelzés értékűen kesernyés. Kellemes, frissítő sör.

0,33 bottle. Informatív egyszerű címke. A sör szűretlen, ananászlé kinézetű, a hab felkevert kiöntés után szépen megmarad egy ujjnyi rétegben, apró lyukú és hófehér. Narancsos, citrusos, korianderes, fűszeres, banános finom illat, ha koncentrálok a bodza is előjön. Édeskés, alakaohol fokhoz meglepően testes nyit. Friss szénsavasság. Gyümölcsös sörnek tűnik, pedig csak a komlók és a bodza hatásával érték ezt el. Nagyon telt, nagyon zamatos, extra gyümölcsös, bodzás is. Nagyon üdítő és tényleg finom. Teszst-andrás korában nem ilyenre emlékszem, ez most tényleg jó volt, megkockáztatom az itthoni witbier-kísérletek közül a legjobb!

Informative simple label. The beer is unfiltered, looks like pineapple juice, the foam remains nicely in a finger-sized layer after being poured with stirring, with tiny holes and is snow-white. A delicate aroma of orange, citrus, coriander, spices, banana, and if I concentrate, elderberry also comes out. Sweet, surprisingly full-bodied to some extent. Fresh carbonation. It seems like a fruity beer, although this was only achieved with the influence of hops and elderberry. Very full-bodied, very flavorful, extra fruity, elderberry too. Very refreshing and really delicious. Original review text: 0.33 bottle. Köszönöm a főzdének a teszt-lehetőséget. Halványsárga, szűretlen búzasör szín, szép fehér habbal, ami vékonyan végig tart, és újra is fejleszthető. Illatával nem vagyok kibékülve. Banános, búzás alapon némi bodza illat, mellette valami furcsa kénes, gyógyvizes felütés. Elég savas, és savanykás is, ehhez illik a sok szénsav. Nem túl testes. A savanyú, uborkalére, ecetre hasonlító mellékíz kíséri a bodza és a búzasör ízt. Nekem ez most nem jött be. Hatása kicsit ízesített sörös. Nekem nem jó, de nem is tragikus. Az illata a végére valamelyest javult.

I thank the brewery for the opportunity to test it. Pale yellow, unfiltered wheat beer color, with a nice white head that lasts thinly throughout and can be developed again. I am not at peace with its aroma. Banana, wheat-based, some elderberry aroma, along with some strange sulfurous, medicinal water kick. It is quite acidic, and sour, and the high carbonation suits it. Not too full-bodied. A sour, cucumber-like, vinegar-like aftertaste accompanies the elderberry and wheat beer flavor. I didn't like it this time. It has the effect of a slightly flavored beer. It's not good for me, but it's not tragic either. The aroma improved somewhat towards the end.

0.33l bottle. Very hazy yellow body with a white head. Classic witbier aroma with a nice amount of coriander and some orange peel and lemon zest. The elderflower gives a nice twist to it. Taste of bready malts, sugar syrup, elderflower, orange zest, coriander and some lemon juice. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. This is spot on. Elderflower perfectly fits witbier. Original review text: 0.33l bottle. Slightly hazy yellow body with basically no head. The aroma is pleasant but a bit restrained. Bready malty base with some sugar syrup, wheat, coriander and elderflower. It also has a dash of lemon zest to it. The sip is pretty much what you'd expect from a witbier: sugar syrup, coriander, orange peel and lemon zest. The elderflower only comes in the finish but it lasts for a while. Weaker than average body, average carbonation. Sweet, refreshing, easy drinking beer. Nothing super complex here, but it's still a correct summer beer.
