Bednary Lowickie FES Foreign Extra Stout 500ml to polskie ciemne piwo górnej fermentacji z browaru Bednary Łowickie. W pokalu piwo prezentuje ciemnobrązową barwę, wpadającą wręcz w czarną oraz drobnoziarnistą, beżową pianę. W nosie aromaty kawy mokki, czarnych oliwek i palonego ziarna. Na podniebieniu pełne, aksamitne, z wyraźnie wyczuwalną paloną kwaskowością. W smaku wytrawne, z wyczuwalnymi nutami czekolady, kawy i palonego ziarna, z długą przyjemną goryczką. Te piwo świetnie rozgrzeje w długie jesienne i zimowe wieczory.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has dry roast, earthiness, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is rather weak, with earthy malt, bready malt, and a touch of cocoa. Earthy, bready finish. Not great character. Meh.

Kwaśne, czekoladowe, na finiszu palone. Barwa czarna, nieprzejrzysta, piana redukuje się do krążka, brak lacingu. Goryczka zaznaczona, palona. Byłoby fajne, wytrawne, ale na początku wyskakuje taka kwaśność, że psuje ogólny odbiór. Do poprawki.

Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, coffee, roast, creamy chocolate, fruity notes, hint of hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light to moderate bitter. Finish is dry, body is medium. Could use some more fullness, but otherwise this a tasty Stout.

Bottle @ home. Dark brown to black color, average to medium sized beige head. Aroma is toasted malts, soft roast in the background, hazelnuts, vanilla. Taste toasted malts, moderately sweet, brown candy sugar, light chocolate and a hint of vanilla. Decent to medium body, lightly oily texture, soft to average carbonation. Not bad, a little too much of the milk chocolate and vanilla sweetness imo for a foreign stout.
