A seriously light and fluffy IPA that’s bursting with grapefruit, passion fruit, lime, melon and pineapple thanks to a heavy handed dosing of Strata, Idaho 7, Ekuanot and Cryo Ekuanot. We’ve pushed our brew house to the limit with this as the grist is made up of 50% wheat in both flaked and malted form. This gives an airy, soft feel to this despite clocking in at 7% abv.

44 cl can at La Abadía, Madrid. A hazy lemon-y yellow pour with a thick, short-lived, off-white head. Aroma is conifers, resin, tropical fruit, citrus. Dry, full-bodied, crisp and extra-bitter. Long-lasting, even bitterer finish with renewed conifer tinges. Nice one.

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Unclear orange/golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, light citrusy nose. Sweetish malty, fruity, light citrusy, discreet alcohol and sweetish finish.

0.44 l can shared with Ogi at Ambasada. Zagreb. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, orange zest, bitter citrus oils, ginger, spice. Yeast, dough. Quite refreshing, drinkable, smooth, vanilla, a bit sweet, slighlty spicy and fruity. Good balance, carbonation a bit soft. Light, almost abrupt finish.

Caña en el Taxman León. 9.. 09..2022. (r 00) (r6000) Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca que desaparece al poco Sabores frescos entre afrutados suaves y hervales ligeros. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo cremoso. Buena refrescante para repetir.
