Bodney Towers Bottleshare. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Modest dark chocolate in the thin dark malts. Tangy fruits integrate well. Cedar is pretty subtle. Light dry crisp finish. Decent.

Bottle shared at Leightons place 18/01/2018. Many thanks! A black dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting halo of tan head. Aroma is dirty pine, bark, alcohol, Douglas fir. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown malts, light toast, pi e needle, bark, light chocolate malts. Decent BIPA. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Light smoked malts.

Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Kenneth. Pours clear, deep brown with a frothy, beige head. The nose has a little cocoa, grass, grapefruit, toasted brown bread. Light to medium sweet flavour with more grapefruit and orange, melon, bittersweet cocoa. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more chocolate notes, nice citrusy hops. Nice one.

Bottle split at Bodney Mansions, thanks to Kenny, 18/01/18. Light black with a decent tan covering. Nose is light cocoa, spice, mellow roast, earthy fruits, charr. Taste comprises pine needle, grass, black peppery spice, mellow roast, cocoa rub, dried fruits, chocolate biscuit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation ,drying close dashed with dusty hop bitterness. Decent enough CDA.
