Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. Hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of white pepper, grain, light lemon and light bread. Taste is dry and light sour with notes of lemon, white pepper and grain. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Decent.

A lightly hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful fruity malt with loads of ground cherries, lactic acid notes, light cork, grapeskin, very nice. In mouth, a nice smooth fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid notes, Epsom salts, light oily mouth feel, faint buttery notes, very nice. Bottle at Bier-bier.

On tap @ What’s Brewing 15. Pours hazy yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is light wooden yeast, with bread, apples, grapes and stone fruits. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast, with notes of wood, stone fruits and fruit peel.

Draught@CBC2015. Slightly hazy yellowish orange colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is bready, some mild funky and farmyardy notes along with quite pleasant wheat and citrus to it as well. Flavour is sweet malts, some bready notes, mild bitter fruitiness along with some wooden, floral and mild earthy notes. Refreshing, although a bit on the watery side as for the flavour.

Slightly hazy warm golden colour, white head. Light fruity aroma, spicy, yeast, mint, light white wine. Fruity, light sour flavour, apricot. Fruity finish, light spices. Nice!
