Piwo uderza aromatem przypraw – anyż, kardamon, imbir, cynamon oraz kolendra grają pierwsze nuty, a w tle cytrusowość pochodząca od chmieli: Centennial oraz Citra. Jasno-bursztynowa barwa to zasługa słodów pilzneńskiego, żytniego oraz pszenicznego. Wytrawne z delikatną goryczką, gdzie średnie wysycenie uwydatnia przyprawowy charakter, który również pojawia się w smaku.

No. 1 is a great combination of Saison, American hops and a lot of different spices (anise, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and coriander). Light amber in color (because of the well-balanced mix of pilsen, rye and wheat malts) with nice, white head. Rather dry with a subtle bitterness, medium saturation and a fistful of spices.
Malts: pilsen, wheat, rye
Hops: Polaris, Centennial, Citra

Bottle from Eldesmadre. Many thanks! Hazy amber/orange colour, beige foam. Medium carbonation. Aroma of tropical fruit, peach and spices. Pine and resin with spicy notes. Bitter hoppy finish. Atypîcal saison, but delicious and very well balanced. Very good!

Bottle, 6.7%. Teaish and citric aroma. Cloudy orange amber colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is spicy, citric, biting, has a little cough syrup to it. A bit of a mess, but tastes all right.

Cloudy, light amber. Small, sudsy white head. Souris, light funky aroma. Fruity, funky flavour, juicy fruitiness. Smooth mothfeel. Nice.

Bottle @ Hoppy Advent Race in Space, Sønderborg. Pours hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, citrus and funky notes. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with bitter, hoppy notes and touches of citrus and salt. Citric and fruity finish with estery notes. Lively carbonation. A nice one.
