@ Hoppeschuur, Knesselare. Hazy blond colour, white foam. Medium carbonation. Aroma of citrus with hints of banana. Light sweet, bitter hoppy aftertaste. Good tripel.

Clear golden color, average to medium sized white head that leaves good lacing. Smell and taste lightly malts, some yeast and fruitpeel influences, a bit too herbal for my liking, quite bitter and towards the end hops certainly come through combined with a touch of sweetness. Medium body and carbonation. Too herbal for me, but certainly a good beer and I must admit it pairs very well with the rib eye.

Clear light orange beer, creamy irregular white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: grains, sweet, bit off, bready, citrus touch. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: pretty spicy, somewhat sweet, grains, bit of honey. Aftertaste: bitter and hoppy, some citrus, grassy, spices, orange peel.

Draught Clear orange-copper beer with a small to medium white head, fine and dense, rather stable. Neutral nose, with some faint caramel. Faint meaty esters and grass. Sweetish, quite some restsweetness. Faint grassy & herbal aftertaste, getting outspokenly spicy-yeasty, especially warming up. Later, definite, if misleading impression of whiskymalt (not: Islaymalt). Slick, slightly burning MF, medium bodied at best. Clear, crisp, if somewhat sweet overall flavour. Hides its alcohol exceptionally well - dangerous!
