Smoothie season is here and we wanted to start it off in the best possible way! We carefully selected three of our favorite fruits (Apricot, Alphonso Mango and Passion Fruit) that we added in post-fermentation to our Berliner Weisse base to create this explosion of aromas and flavors! Wow!!

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy carrot coloured, viscous with no head. Aroma of Fanta Exotic. Very sweet with medium body and cloying, viscous mouthfeel. Artificially sweeted mango puree with some citric acid. Indeed as cloying and revolting as a smoothie.

Thick orange (seabuckthorn) colour with no head. Aroma is peach, apricot, some tartness, and mild sweetness. Flavour is peach, apricot some tartness and mild pineapple.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2024, Friday. Murky bright orange golden colour. Aroma and Taste of tart tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, yeast, very thick mouthfeel.
