Golden Sour with Pink Guava.
Brewed with local Scottish malts and fermented with our house Brettanomyces blend notable for its citrus and tropical fruit characteristics. After a three-month primary fermentation this beer was refermented and conditioned with around 250g/l pink guava for another month. We spunded this beer in tank trapping all the aromatics from the fruit refermentation.

Sour, fruity, with lots of tropical fruit notes, with guava at the forefront, and hints of passion fruit and lychee, medium body and acidity, and a tart, fruity finish. Excellent.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Milky orange/pink body with an off-white head that slowly fades. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of Um Bongo and lemon sherbet. Flavour of guava for days. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. It’s very nice but one-dimensional.

Sample at Stepping Stone Aarhus Together Beer Fest 02/11/2024 Tart sour fruity with a plethora of tropical fruity notes in play, guava to the fore, with some notes of passion fruit and lychee, medium body and acidity, tart fruity into the close. Great stuff from the goat.
