PINTA Dyniamit - craziness in the color of pumpkin - our own vision of one of the most popular American beer styles - Pumpkin Ale. We brew Dyniamit ("Pumpkinite") each autumn since 2012. First we peel, mix and bake hundreds of kilos of pumpkins which we add whilst mashing. Then, whilst boiling we add a lot of American hops and for few last minutes we add fresh spices: ginger, cinnamon and cloves. PINTA Dyniamit - autumn, finally!

Ingredients: water; barley malts: pale ale, Carapils®, Carared®, Biscuit; baked pumpkin; hops (USA): Ahtanum™, Palisade, Willamette; spices: cloves, cinnamon, ginger; Irish moss; yeast: SafBrew™ T-58.

Amber colored beer with medium head. 60% cloudy. In the aroma there are flowers, malts and of course pumpkin, but not much. The beer is quite sweet with medium bitterness. Body is on medium level, the texture is oily.

Barwa bursztynowa, zmętnione, piana średniopęcherzykowa, dość obfita, niezbyt trwała. W aromacie przyprawy, goździk, ciasto. W smaku przyprawy, kwaskowość, herbatniki i pierniczki, posmak dyni absolutnie nie przesadzony, lekkie pieczenie od przypraw. Goryczka do średniej, wysycenie podobnie, dobry balans, nie jest za słodkie. Przyjemne piwo, do wypicia akurat na jesień.

Butelka 0.5l (23.04.2016). Piwo mocno zmetnione o barwie brudnego bursztynu, slabej pianie w kolorze bieli, lekko przybrudzonej, szybko znikajacej. W aromacie przyprawy a gozdziki na pierwszym planie. Slodkawe w smaku, przyprawione gozdzikami, cynamonem z delikatna goryczka, lekko kwaskowym i ciut wytrawnym posmakiem. Bardzo fajny i calkiem przyjemne piwko dyniowe.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ First Official Randers Tasting ] by HenrikSoegaard, at HenrikSoegaard house, Randers, Denmark. [ As Pinta Dyniamit! ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, fruity, candy, pumpkin notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, candy, sweet malt, fruity, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150124]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and light citrusy hoppy. Smooth fruity, phenolic and toasted malty. Bitter and slight herbal. Dry and bitter finish.

Bottle, 50cl. Gift from my brother Tijs. Many thanks! Orange colour, white foam. Fruity nose with notes of caramel, spices and some pumpkin. Medium body. Easy drinkable. Light sweet, light bitter finish. Good!
