PINTA Dyniamit - craziness in the color of pumpkin - our own vision of one of the most popular American beer styles - Pumpkin Ale. We brew Dyniamit ("Pumpkinite") each autumn since 2012. First we peel, mix and bake hundreds of kilos of pumpkins which we add whilst mashing. Then, whilst boiling we add a lot of American hops and for few last minutes we add fresh spices: ginger, cinnamon and cloves. PINTA Dyniamit - autumn, finally!

Ingredients: water; barley malts: pale ale, Carapils®, Carared®, Biscuit; baked pumpkin; hops (USA): Ahtanum™, Palisade, Willamette; spices: cloves, cinnamon, ginger; Irish moss; yeast: SafBrew™ T-58.

Dirty amber with a fleeting head and an overall inert look. Aroma of pumpkin pie spices (mostly ginger and clove) and caramel, but cheap candy and not the real thing, and with all the ensuing artificiality.. Taste is a muddled mess, sweet and cloying up front, dominated by artificial flavorings, medicinal, delving into a mix of cherry bonbon tartness and stale ginger. A misplaced dash of pepper tops off the unfortunate mess. No sign of whatever beer is underneath this concoction. Medium bodied, mild carbonation, slightly watery texture. Best avoided.

Ciężko mi ocenić to piwo ponieważ nie mam odniesienia do innych dyniowych, mogę tylko domniemywać na podstawie tego co opisuje bjcp że jest w stylu, pomijając to smakuje całkiem nieźle, pierwsze skrzypce aromacie i smaku grają przyprawy, trochę świątecznie, są przyprawy jest dynia, całość dobrze zbalansowana. Ciekawe.

Barwa pomarańczowa, wpadająca w czerwień, zamglone. Piana szybko znika bez śladu. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty goździków oraz dyniowe. W smaku gazowany kompot dyniowy. Goryczka na niskim poziomie, alkohol dobrze schowany.

50cl bottle. BB 18.07.2018. A almost clear amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of pumpkin spices, cinnamon, red malt. Taste of red malt, cinnamon, pumpkin spices, red fruits, not bad!
