PINTA Dyniamit - craziness in the color of pumpkin - our own vision of one of the most popular American beer styles - Pumpkin Ale. We brew Dyniamit ("Pumpkinite") each autumn since 2012. First we peel, mix and bake hundreds of kilos of pumpkins which we add whilst mashing. Then, whilst boiling we add a lot of American hops and for few last minutes we add fresh spices: ginger, cinnamon and cloves. PINTA Dyniamit - autumn, finally!

Ingredients: water; barley malts: pale ale, Carapils®, Carared®, Biscuit; baked pumpkin; hops (USA): Ahtanum™, Palisade, Willamette; spices: cloves, cinnamon, ginger; Irish moss; yeast: SafBrew™ T-58.

Bottle (from Funky Shop). Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is pumpkin, spices, some fruity, mild herbal tones. Flavour is pumpkin, some spicy, somewhat dry wooden elements too. Nicely dry.

Keg at pinta wroclaw. Pours hazy orange amber, nose is pumpkin, caramel, citrus, taste is salty, pumpkin, light bitterness.

150ml draught, shared with Finn at Nowy Kraftowy. Fragile lacing from a covering white head, misty amber body. Quite prominent aromas of spices and pumpkin. Pumpkin taste alright, spiced with cinnamon, hints of apricot. Mid-sweet finish, spiced. Pretty okay. (Kraków, 14.10.2024).

Tap at Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw. Malty aroma and taste, caramel, pumpkin, spices, medium bitter, light sweet. Medium body, malty pumpkin spiced bitter sweer finish. Ok.

Tap at Kufle i Kapsle. Amber orange wirh medium white head. Aroma of pumpkin cake spices, caramel, malt. Taste is very pumpkin cake. Nice.

Bottle from a Poznan beer shop.
A: clear amber, thin, off-white head.
A: nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin, red apple, biscuit.
T: sweet apple, banana, biscuit, spicy nutmeg.
F: herbal hops, cookie spices, nutmeg, pumpkin.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Could compete with some American examples. It's Halloween all over again!
