Brewed using Amarillo hops (known for their orange-like flavour) and Seville orange peel. 01|02 is light, refreshing and incredibly drinkable. A truly seasonal Saison.

Tap @ In De Wildeman, sample size. Hazy, pale yellow color. White head with a thin layer retention and some lacing. Aroma’s: citrus, zesty, light sweetness, spicy hops. Flavor is fruity sour with light sweetness and light bitterness. Light bodied. Finishes herbal bitter, in a mild way, but long lasting. Nice!

Bottle from BottleDog, Edinburgh. Hazy golden body with no head, no carbonation and no lacing. Aroma of salted cracker, blood orange, tomato and white pepper. Flavour of yeast, orange zest, green pepper and dried grass. Thin body with a spritzy texture. Light fizz. Not bad, but it doesn’t reach the heights of other BBN Saisons I’ve tried.
