Bottle shared thanks to Thijs. Deep ruby with small pink head. Massive massive raspberries, soft vanilla, wheat, lemon juice, funk, white wine. Quite sour, light sweet. Medium bodied. On the very sour side, but also very very fruity. Nice one.

Bottle from 2024 HenkeBier release. Color: Purplish red, fast disappearing pinkish purple head. Aroma: Tart and fruity raspberry. Funky hints. Taste: Very fruity, a lot of raspberry. Lemon hints. Some red wine. Moderate to over moderate tart and light sweetness. Subtle funky, wood notes. Just over medium body. Below average carbonation. Slightly foamy mouthfeel. Very nice.
