Coming in at a crushable 6.3% ABV Widow’s Peak boasts big tropical notes on the nose and a juicy blast on the palate, rounded out with a soft creamy mouthfeel. Widow’s Peak features a beautifully balanced hop profile utilizing a whirlpool addition and an aggressive dry hop of Mosaic, Idaho 7 & Simcoe hops.

Can at home. Unclear hazy yellow to light orange color, white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, pleasantly hoppy, hoppy bitter. Somehow without having a certain specific pleasant sticky or old school hoppy thing that I really like, overall this is still pretty good. I like it.

Can from Beer republic. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, papaya, passion fruits, grapefruits, zest. Taste is juicy, fruity hoppy, with above mentioned fruits. Proepr modern IPA, asu usual, I would like to have more hoppy bitterness in finish.

475ml. can. @home, 09/04/2024 [#7.044 Global - #1.264 United States of America - #5 Widowmaker Brewing] Hazy golden with a lacing off-white head. Aroma: tons of orange zest, grapefruit and some pine. Taste: ripe tropical fruits, apricot, orange zest and citrus. Mild hop burn. Light sweetness. Next one please!

16 oz draft. Flavor shows a ton of orange, orange peel and mild herb. Juicy citrus texture with almost no bitterness. Prototypical NEIPA.

Pours a hazy, golden pineapple, with huge head (overly-carbonated?). Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Flavor follows. Some slight hop bitterness. Soft mouthfeel.

Can at home MNF. Cloudy orange and two finger head. Nose is tropical fruits and some pine. Tastes of grapefruit, pineapple, tangerine, dish soap, pine. Fruity finish.
