Bottle shared by Grumbo. Aroma is caramel, malty, biscuit, bready, dried fruit and citrus. More fruity and grassy come through on the taste. Decent body and light carbonation. More bitterness coming through at the finish.

500ml bottle from Myrddin's, Barmouth. Pours a generally clear copper, sparse white head. Malty nose, light marmalade. English bitter feel to taste with a good malty character and a hint of marmalade once again, pleasant hop bitterness rounding things off. Marked down as not a Citrus IPA as labelled.

Bottle. Labels of these Myrddins beers are as simple as their name. Only black text with a faint watermark on a white label. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus. Taste: Hoppy, floral and citrus fruit, mostly orange, hints of orange zest. Quite smooth malty backbone. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Light to moderate sweet, over moderate to medium bitterness. Lacking complexity, a bit one-dimensional.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 21/07/24. Clear copper with a just off white crown that dissipates edgewards. Nose is caramel, breads, biscuit, faint orange peel. Taste comprises orange zest, grass, straw, grains, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with modest hop bitterness. Basic affair.
