50% barley, 50% wheat slightly dryhopped with Amarillo made with the German Weihenstephan yeast. Pineapple, pear and tangerine in the flavor. The fruit almost makes you forget that this beer is well hopped with flowery and citric hops. More hops in the aftertaste, with notes of banana and fresh cheese.

Bottle, gift from the brewer. Orange blonde color, hazy. Soft oily, slightly medecinal hoparoma with tangerine and notes of skimmed milk. Pineapple, pear and tangerine in the flavor. The fruit almost makes you forget that this beer is well hopped with flowery and citric hops. More hops in the aftertaste, with notes of banana and fresh cheese. Well balanced brew.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning, ABV 7.2%. The label says "versie 2009" right above the barcode. According to the brewer the recipe for the 2009 version contains more dryhopping. Hazy golden colour, dense white head. Flowery and fruity aroma, yeast, wheat. Flavour is light sweet, wheat, yeast, flowery, sweet citrus fruit, good dry light bitter finish. Soft mouthfeel, medium bodied. Nice.
