50% barley, 50% wheat slightly dryhopped with Amarillo made with the German Weihenstephan yeast. Pineapple, pear and tangerine in the flavor. The fruit almost makes you forget that this beer is well hopped with flowery and citric hops. More hops in the aftertaste, with notes of banana and fresh cheese.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with mediumsized foamy white head. With yeast in it turns pale nut brown. Aroma is quite a lot of banana along with some strong hoppy notes as well as yeast and some caramel. Mild yeastyness as well. Flavour is strong on the wheat and yeast and also has some banana in it. Very wellbalanced and hides the 7.2% extremely well. Smooth and very easy-to-drink.

Bottled@Pikkulintu (BB 03/2011). Hazy pale yellow, small white head. A bit sour, wheaty aroma. Yeasty, sweet honeyish, some leafy hops and grainy flavor. Foamy carbonation. Kind of unbalanced sweet-yeasty flavor - I am not sure if this was in the top condition.

On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. A slightly hazy, orange-colored beer with a decent white head. Banana and some citrus in the initial aroma, soon followed by nice hoppy aromas of citrus and some green pine cones. Lovely hoppy flavor with citrus and pinecones, and a sweet, bananaish flavor to support it. Full-bodied and effervescent. Citrusy, resiny and sweet finish with some banana. A nice weizenbock, although not very traditional. More well-hopped weissbiers please. (090515)

100ml on tap. A few white floaters on top of an unclear, golden body. Strong aromatic of hoppy fruits. Fresh orange and orange shells in flavour supported by sweet, late fruits. Spiced fruit bitterness to the ending. Notes of yeast. Quite easy to quaff. Summer feeling (CBF, 16.05.2009).

Bottle at KØ09. Spicy phenolic aroma, good citrus note. Hazy yellow colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour has some of the same yeast notes as the aroma. But there is also some fresh grassy hoppiness.
