A golden bitter with a generous helping UK hops; Bramling Cross and Fuggle. These hops add a clean bitterness and floral notes to the beer and are balanced with sweetness from two different crystal malts. The malt grist has been specifically designed to offer a smooth mouthfeel to create a satisfying pint.

Hand-pulled half-pint in the lovely Henry Tudor House, Shrewsbury on 24th May 2024. Hint of a haze in the golden body, white crown. Decent hop aroma and initial taste, light fruits and some bitterness, malts kick in and it's a pleasant blend with a little sweetness.

Cask @ Henry Tudor Inn. Pours golden amber, good off-white head. Thought this was a Target single Hop. It's not. Fuggles fest all the way. Not a bad pint to be fair. Gentle marmalade fruitiness, herbal notes, light bitterness. Ok.

Cask at Rose & Crown, Stafford. Pours golden brown with a medium sized foamy off-white head and good lacing. The aroma is sweet with malts and a hint of tangerine. In the mouth it is sweet and creamy with malts again to the fore. Plus caramel and hints of summer fruits, golden syrup and toffee. A little bitterness in the finish. This is reasonable, but nothing to write home about

Clear and golden with a frothy/creamy white head. Soft malt and floral hop aroma, has a sweet fruit malt taste with floral hop bitterness and a dry finish
