Can 440ml @ My brothers place. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and ash. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel, chocolate and light ash finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

200ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Patches on the surface, black in the glass, dotted spots on the glassware. Promising lightly roasted chocolate malts on the nose. Cocoa chocolate flavours, hints of ripe fruits and a distant note of sulfur to it. Roasted ending. Pretty decent. (Tromsø, 18.07.2024).

440ml can. Poured a clear, almost black colour with a bubbly light tan head. The aroma is roasted malt and chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet and liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, earthy, chocolate, light floral, liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Black pour with a beige head. Nose is cocoa, chocolate, coffee, raisin. Taste is nuts,toffee, cacao, chocolate, coffee. Nutty sweet doo dah.

I've never been to Peru but I can vouch for the chocolate gorgeousness

On tap. pours black with short head. Aromas of black coffee, dark chocolate and slick roasted malts. Flavors of fruity fresh ground coffee, dry vanilla, and roasted malts. Good.

29th April 2024; Monthly Beer Share in Chez Sophie (Shrewsbury), five guys and loads of beer! 440ml can, black bodied, beige topping. Malty chocolate brew with plenty going on, some earthy/nutty action within the flavours.
