Dog Days combines Wheat and Pilsner Malts to create a crisp, tart, and hazy Wit Bier. This striking pale coloured beer will give notes of banana, bubblegum, and clove from the combination of the yeast and the Huell Melon hops.

Keg at Heidrun, HWY, 27/12/2025.
Clear golden topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is toasted grains, herb, yeast esters, bubblegum, straw, lemon rind.
Taste comprises grass, hedgerow, subtle yeast, straw, grains, tangy fruits.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Not bad although blind tasting this I'd have put it in the Belgian Pale camp and not sure I'd have chose Wit!

440ml can from Chez Sophie. Pours a generally clear gold, white head. Soft creamy character, not jumping out as a Belgian wit.. lacks all the floral spicy wit elements, and a bit subdued overall.
