Keg at Heidrun, HWY, 27/12/2025.
Clear golden topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is toasted grains, herb, yeast esters, bubblegum, straw, lemon rind.
Taste comprises grass, hedgerow, subtle yeast, straw, grains, tangy fruits.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Not bad although blind tasting this I'd have put it in the Belgian Pale camp and not sure I'd have chose Wit!

440ml can from Chez Sophie. Pours a generally clear gold, white head. Soft creamy character, not jumping out as a Belgian wit.. lacks all the floral spicy wit elements, and a bit subdued overall.

440 ml can, online from Hop Vault, Stourbridge. Pours almost clear pale gold with a slim white cap. Aroma: wheat, bubblegum, light spicy. Taste: light to moderate sweet & light bitter, wheat, coriander, faint esters. Light to medium body with spritzy carbonation. Not bad.

440ml can. Pours light gold with a medium frothy head. Aroma is wheaty coriander and bubblegum. Taste has wheaty coriander throughout. Some lemon. Short finish. Simple.
