Bei unserer Neuinterpretation dieses altenglischen Bierstils kombinieren wir in einer speziellen Kalthopfung die beiden Hopfensorten Hallertauer Mittelfrüh und den amerikanischen Citra. So entsteht ein IPA mit einer einzigartig fruchtig-herben Hopfenaromatik, einer besonders ausgewogenen Bittere und einer dezenten Süße. Ein klares bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit Aromen von Aprikose, Orange und Holunderblüten.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours bright amber gold with a sightly off-white head. Aroma suggests orange zest in a mild way with some pale malt support. Med body or nearly. Flavor immediately had a shot of concord grape, followed by orange/citrus zest and some light malt. Fairly dry. Pretty bitter. Might be a little underrated.

330ml bottle. Pours clear orange with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is oranges, malt, resin. Taste is resin and malt, light to medium hoppy bitterness.

$2.25 can, Beer Run. Medium gold to orange with a small off-white to beige head; a little murky. Citrus peel, resin nose. Floral/perfumey hops, resin, orange peel, caramel, grasses, brown leaf, light glue, honeycomb.

Bottle picked up at Edeka, Stein Park, Freising Saturday 15th June 2019 and consumed the same day, listening to the W.H.Lung album and having just prepared some lemon chicken for the BBQ tonight. Pours copper in colour with a glimmer of light that floods through, there is an off white head atop, it has a slight haze. Soft in the mouth, a little bit of confectionery mingles with some citrus. This is good, ok not as good as the Indra but not far away.

Ambar turbia de excelente espuma blanca muy cremosa. Lúpulo en el aroma, resinoso, herbal. En boca es suave y cremosa, muy agradable. Y muy equilibrada, de magnífico sabor que combina una base malteada, acaramelada y un contraste nada exagerado de lúpulo herbal con un amargor que crece con el trago y queda en boca. Hasta que al final deja un regusto dulce en los labios. Muy sabrosa.
