Notre ambrée fait peau neuve ! Parce que jamais trois sans cinq… l’équipe type de l’ambrée c’est une compo’ savante de 5 malts certifiés Rhône-Alpes de chez Malt’in Pott. Cette complémentarité laisse exprimer des notes de noisette et biscuit et une saveur légèrement torréfiée. Une ambrée douce et désaltérante avec une finale sèche et une amertume agréable.

5th March 2024, mega tasting with minutemat at my place, cheers Mat for the 330ml bottle of this one. Hazed hazelnut red, huge white bubbling head, it was highly carbonated. I thought it had a malty Irish Red sort of leanings and really enjoyed it.

330ml bottle from Bieronomy, shared with blackhaddock. Pours an unclear caramel amber, large off-white head. Aroma brings caramelised malt, cereal malt shades. Fairly high carbonation, flavour profile has a caramel hit with emerging biscuity malt notes and hints of praline lingering on the finish. Not bad.
