Wenig süßer, primär säuerlicher Beginn, beerig, Noten von Honig. Süffig, deutliche Herbe, trockener Hintergrund. Deutlich säuerlich fruchtig bleibend, etwas Honig. Gut. 10/11/10/9//10

Dry, sour, fruity, a bit sour. Red berries, woody funk, low acidity. Not bad.

19th February 2024; Shrewsbury Gathering, five blokes and loads of beer to share. My last beer of the session, cheers Mike for the 750ml bottle of this. Red body, off-white too pinkish head on top. Semi-sour berries rule the roost here, tart from the off, light woody undertones from the barrel aging.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Feb 24. Cheers Mike for this. Pours a hazed reddish pink (or was it pinkish red?).. pleasant aroma of gentle mixed berries, wild yeast. Flavour profile isn't massively sour, presenting a wild saison feel with soft fruity flourishes.. mixed red berries to the fore.. decent sipper, but more fruit and barrel definition would've been welcome.
