Draft at the Barrel Store by Attic, Birmingham. Poured a clear reddish amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light toffee. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, rich, sweet biscuit dough malt, light toffee caramel, herbal, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Keg @ Attic Barrel Store, Birmingham. Pours a hazed deep mahogany amber, good off-white collar. Smooth leafy autumnal malt aroma, moderately sweet to taste, gentle spicy dried fruit hints, medium bodied, could be maltier but enough shines through. Decent overall.

On-tap in the Barrel Store on 25th January 2024, shared with Mat. Red hue to the amber body, off-white crust. Malty front with a decent hop follow up, Idaho 7 are one of my favourite hops at the moment!
