Chula Vista translates to ‘Cool View’ and is a town in California named for its beautiful location. In the early 1900s it was known as the ‘Lemon Capital of the World’ due to its fantastic climate for citrus growing. This seemed a perfect inspiration for our latest kettle sour, this time packed with luscious lemon and sea salt! Fantastically balanced with a tantalising zesty tang of fresh lemon, it is bright and invigorating, with a unique flavour profile which is sure to delight the senses and quench your thirst.

Keg at Waterloo Tap. Aroma had spur druiy and saline hints. Cloudy light gold. Creamy white head. Heavy sour. Tart. Citrus. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Sour but refreshing.

Can. Thornbridge beer club. Hazed lemon yellow gold. Slim glossy white foam. Squeezed lime. Semi sweet lemon pulp. Mineraly and lightly briny. Taste is crisp tart light dry. Clean and bright and lean. Foamy carbonation. Dry-ish tart finish. Nice. Lemon meringue vibe.

Foamy white head left a creamy froth on a hazy dull lemon coloured body. Lemon & salt aroma - as on the can. Medium bodied, sharp sticky & cloying. Lemon, milky, mandarin & zesty citrus tastes with a salty finish. Drinkable.
