Creamy tan head on a dark brown body.
Sweet rocky road aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth with a creamy back.
Marshmallow, chocolate, nutty & cherry tastes with a burnt sugary finish.
Nice enough but heavy going & sweet.

Cask at The Colmore, Brum. Aroma is sweet - fruity marshmallow with creamy chocolate. Dark and glossy. Foamy beige head. The flava mirrors the atoma, only with an adds cacao bitterness underbelly. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long finish. Nice but too sweet.

440ml can. Poured a clear, almost black colour with a short-lived, frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, marshmallow. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, roasty, slightly oily, marshmallow, fake sugar, lactose, liquorice bitter finish. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice, but tastes a little artificial.

440ml can shared with blackhaddock @ Salopian, the pub. Pours dark, good beige head. Tonka and marshmallow sings loud and proud on the nose, good chocolatey sweet character with tonka and marshmallow coming through strong, some vanilla. Just the right strength, any stronger and it may be a struggle to finish, sweetness wise.

440ml can, shared with minutemat in the Salopian on 27th November 2023. Beige crown on a black body. Sweet with a marshmallow and chocolate front, vanilla flavours arrive mid-sip. Interesting and different but would have struggled to drink the can on my own.
