Our tribute to the classic German ‘Helles’, a true, clean drinking and malt-forward Lager. Marrying the highest quality British grains with German noble hops to create a lager with real depth. Cold conditioned for a minimum of a month in tank, expect a complex mix of malt character with a crisp finish.

Can shared by Grumbo. Aroma is malty, cereal, grain and straw. Decent body and quite sweet. Ok.

27/6/2024. Can bought at Beer Park, Llanelli. Pours clear bright gold with a large short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is malty, grainy, citrus, straw, cardboard, slightly veggie. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness and body. Foamy carbonation. Not bad.

330ml bottle shared with the hadmeister. Pours a clear bright golden yellow with a decent white cap. Aroma is pleasantly sweet malt, continuing to taste with a lovely cereal malt sweetness coursing through. Just enough bitterness. Really good, balanced, nicely presented helles lager.

330ml bottle (BB 11th July 2024), shared with Mat on 6th November 2023 during a Mega tasting session at my house. Pleasant, easy going Helles, almost a clean and clear look, white crown. Not as interesting as where the brewery is (Three Cocks), but it's a decent enough refreshing beer.
