A refreshing twist on the classic pilsner - taking the refreshing lager base and adding a hefty dry hop addition of Mosaic, producing an easy-drinking, juicy, fruity summer drinker. The ideal accompaniment to our sweltering Welsh summers!

Can courtesy of Jude and Baz (I think Jude chose this) they picked it up from Hereford Beer House. We had this sat outside Frank, in the company of Jude and Baz, Sunday 17th August 2025. Pours lemony colour with a large white head, soft mouthfeel, a little bit on the sweet side but otherwise quite authentic. Perhaps could be a bit more bitter and dry, but more juicy, there's a pleasant citrus vibe.

330ml bottle from Antur Brew Co. Pours a bright misty yellow, foamy loose white head. Aroma of fresh pineapple zest. Taste is bright with a lovely fresh burst of pineapple, grapefruit and citrus with a gentle pilsner body. Really impressive stuff, very nicely balanced with a good drinkability. Excellent.
