Cloud City is a New England-style IPA, hopped 100% with Strata®, an Oregon- grown variety sourced through Crosby Hop Farm. On the nose, intense aromas of melon and guava accompany notes of bright citrus, producing an alluring tropical bouquet that gives way to a thick and pillowy body. Well balanced, the fruit-forward flavors of this ale are tempered by a light and lingering bitterness. Named after the floating metropolis featured in Star Wars.

Can (looks like 6/13/24 but hard to tell dot matrix) from Total Wine & More, Burlington. Deeply hazy orange-yellow with tons of sparkle, nice head with excellent retention and light lacing. Aroma is guava, melon and citrus, as advertised. Taste is strong citrus, guava and biscuit. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and dry, moderately bitter finish. Aroma bests taste. Would have liked a little less bitterness.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Mango, apricot and caramel aromas. Sweet with summer berry, white smarties and melon upfront turning to pith and pine in the earthy, lasting finish.

CX draught, 6/15/23. Clear, bright lemon-gold. Small, white head slowly fades to spotty cover. Touch of sulfur/mineral, with poignant tropical fruits, grapefruit, lime and star fruit. White bread-like malt is supportive. No heavy melon, pine, resin, booze. Clean. Soft, with ample bitterness but balanced by great maltiness. Excellent balance and nice to see actual appropriate bitterness in a NEIPA. Plentiful yellow fruits, tropical and otherwise. Not heavy on pineapple, which is impressive for this hop.

Tap @ Lamplighter CX. Misty golden yellow pour, good white head. Juicy canteloupe and soft exotic hop profile with good fruity murmurs lingering on the finish.. very low bitterness. Soft light mouthfeel. Very nicely done.
