We are proud to present our latest beer, Perfect Sound Forever, a collaboration with @otherlandsbeer of Bellingham, Washington.
Inspired by the pale lagers of the Czech Republic, the birthplace of pilsner style beer, we have brewed our own světlé pivo aka pale lager or Bohemian Pilsner. Brewed with 100% Bohemian floor-malted barley, decocted, hopped with Czech Saaz hops, cold fermented over six weeks

Tap @ Cambridge Brewing Company. Relatively clear straw gold pour, white head. Bears a good malt sweetness with light perfumed notes.. light bitter prickle.. decent.

Brewery draught, 4/1/23. Clear bronze-brass. Small, white head, low retention. Bread and sourdough, herbal hops galore. Clean with honey. Rich lager yeast. Clean and malty, very crisp and herbal but not too bitter. Great attenuation with lingering pepper. Low abv, could be a TOUCH maltier, but a nitpick.
