Tap @ Cambridge Brewing Company. Hazed golden yellow appearance, good head of white froth. Floral yeasty aroma, forming a lovely saison sweetness.. standard straightforward profile. Decent.

Brewery draught, 5/16/23. Clear bronze-brass, small, white head to ring. Paw-paw, light vanilla, honeydew, lilac, weird! But compelling. Soft, fragrant, clean, unique. I guess there's gotta be apricot and peach mentioned. Def not a cookie cutter saison yeast character but no crude phenols. Soft, malty, honey and biscuit with strong apricot and white peach and a bit of mild white pepper. Lovely malt depth and attenuation, tending malty with rich honey and strong spice lingering. No crutch of using a bunch of hops or Brett here. Just all lovely yeast and malt.
